As well as the implementation of the Bali Arts Festival (PKB) previously, the Government of the Province of Bali again submit a special tribute to some old people senimana. PKB XXXI on this, the nine artists, old age of nine district / city in which to receive the Governor of Bali Bali submitted by the Deputy Governor of AA Ngurah Puspayoga in Ksirarnawa Building, on Tuesday (30 / 6) yesterday.

Nine artists, old artists is the mask I Gusti Kerta Berka (Jembrana District), I Komang Suyadnya (Karawitan / Karangasem), IGP Rakadhanu (music / Denpasar), I Ketut Sekar (puppet designer glass / Buleleng), IGN Gempur (dance / Badung) , IBG Pidada Kaut (dance / Klungkung), IGN Lawa (literature / Gianyar), I Nengah Sudiarsa (drama / Bangli), and Ni Gusti Ayu Komang Kemeja (dance / Tabanan). Of all, IGN Lawa is the artist's oldest (79 years).

Each artist receives an old form of money Rp 6 million, charter award, and health insurance. On the chance that they also have the opportunity to show their skills.

The Bali Arts Festival is a full month of daily performances, handicraft exhibitions and other related cultural and commercial activities during which literally the whole of Bali comes to the city to present its offerings of dance, music and beauty. On display are trances from remote mountain slopes, forgotten or recently revived village dances, food and offering contests, classical palace dances, stars of Balinese stage, odd musical performances, "kreasi baru" (new creations) from the dance schools of Denpasar, as well as contemporary choreography and dance companies from other islands and from abroad. This year the festival 31th will starting June 13 - July 11 , 2009
